Warning: Yen is still very high but it's possible things may change by April.

Have you guys been to Tokyo before? 10 days might be a long time to spend if it's just Tokyo (I'm assuming based on the locations listed). Could help suggest some places depending on what you guys like to do but the main thing I do when I travel is eat so I might not be much help.

Roppongi is a very up-market business district with tons of ang mohs so there should be quite a lot of restaurants, bars and clubs where people speak English but they will also be very expensive.

well i'm wanting to go to another prefecture since 10 days is way overkill if we're going to stay in Tokyo only.. and not visiting elsewhere after travelling all the way there is going to be somewhat of a waste.. at least that's what i think anyways =\

well kuranchi.. the cost of the bullet train is 80sgd min.. so where u wanna go sight seeing 1st?

anyway i gathered some info

tokyo alone is way larger than singapore
each town is divided into 4-5 subzones
never ever take a taxi/cab.. average of a short trip is around 100sgd.
further more we are not familar there. the taxis wun be so kind to take the shortest route.
there are more than 1 kind of service train there. and tickets wun work wif different services.
always avoid peak hours if u do not wanna become a pancake. the gals will juz stick their boobs onto u. juz imagine.
u need to plan your route before getting on the trains as the stupid trains there do not indicate when to change..
food are mostly western (hamburger), ramen and bento..
bento there taste better than some restuarant there..
raw food (sashimi) and grills cost a lot more there as compared here..
shopping districts close at 9pm latest 10pm...
do not buy branded there.. buying LV u might as well call a gal from the leaflet to help them get theirs...
most shopping malls have food stalls in their basements...
never let the bouncers pull u into the clubs at roppongi, once u step in.. its hard to get out already.
min bill of those clubs are at least 4 digits and u dun get to choose the gals.
late night supper is available at the skirt of shibuya and roppongi.. so getting a hotel there is most prefered.
average cost of a biz hotel is 200+ per night. hmm... need find out more on accomodation.
oh ya.. the languages.. even thou japanese is better than korean.. they still cant speak proper english..

tats all i have gathered..

anyone stay in the mortel there before?

oh ya.. u will see a lot of snacks wif honeydew and black sesame..
besides teas.. u can hardly find gas drinks anywhere.
and dun bother going to the chinatown..
even thou they speak chinese.. they are chinese! their chopper is even more sharper than the japanese..

also needa find out about the temperature there during spring (apr)..
from wat i heard.. even thou its spring.. the evening wind can still be very cold..
