I've roughly had a look at memberlist and see a couple of names that is in the guild but not in appropriate member group, means they haven't requested for full forum access.
I understand it is rather confusing, as I didn't know what I should be expecting as well when I was first here, so I've rewritten that "Request for access to guild forums" note, so you now know what you should be requesting for.
