Please do not apply if you....

1) are unable to take constant hokkien/mandarin/english/malay/cantonese vulgarities in vents.

2) coarse, sarcastic language in gchat

3) always showed an amazing affinity for purple coloured loots.

4) expect the guild to run you instances just to get your loots because we are so damn lazy and we wont (unless ur a girl).

5) Always dc or afk every few minutes or so. (no, watering your plants does not give u the excuse to afk neither is feeding your dog that important.)

6) Have gathering professions.Skinning , Herbing and Mining are a gathering profession .Yes I know Mining gives you stamina, Herbing gives you haste buff, but there are better professions out there.

7) have unenchanted/lowly enchanted or ungemmed/lowly gemmed gears. Basically you are expected to be optimizing every gem and every enchant available.



Underlying some very standard simple expectation that you should have already known:

1) Be willing to eat your flask, pots and food at all fights.

2) Be in raiding gears and your raiding spec. Correctly gemmed and glyphed .

3) Read up on boss strats prior raid. ( Not while clearing trash) Please admit your failure to do so when asked ( Keeping quiet only makes matter worst). Watch the videos on boss fights. (Its only 10 mins wasted on youtube, but you saved hours wiping. )

4) There is no such thing as fixed raid slots , we practice fair rotations of players on farm bosses. We also reserve the right to put in more experienced raiders for new encounters or learning encounters, unless we are short handed or unless your skills are game breaking.

5)  Be punctual. Logging in at 5 mins after scheduled raid time does not mean you are punctual. Really.

If you wonder how do we process your application:

Since we are running multiple 10 man groups with different raid leaders, your application will be read by these raid leaders, and replied by them directly in the forum thread or in-game, so please be patient

Timeline will usually be as follows (this is just a rough estimate, your application may still be active after 14+ days):
1-3 Days - we'll see if there's any information missing in the application, if there's something we'd like to know, we'll ask
3-7 Days - by this time if you application is appealing, someone should already been approaching you in-game, or if we cannot contact you we'll reply in your recruitment thread
7-14 Days - if you still haven't received anything from anyone from us, well, it is very likely a "good luck with your guild hunting, thank you for your time."
14+ Days - application will be locked and archived.
