As of Patch 3.3

Rejuvenation now heals 1352 over 12 sec. (Down from 1690 over 15 sec)

Nice nerf to resto druids. QQ. Any thoughts on this?
Given that Rejuv will now have 1 less tick. the T9 bonus is looking even more crappy
