Need Help with Com Issue

hi guys, need some help regarding com issue. It started yesterday when i booted up my com. Monitor didnt display anything. The light indicating the power of the monitor kept blinking. It took like 5mins for the monitor to display the image. Today was worse. It was about 20mins. Anyone know what could be the problem? izzit the monitor dying?

some possibilities:

1) cable faulty (between monitor and gfx card)
2) gfx fucky
3) monitor dying

i'll put my bet down on 3) though

check 1 first, then check 3 with another monitor,
then check 2 maybe its connection to motherboard is lose or something.
if not then gg buy a new graphic card
