I'm kinda newb when it comes to playing with the UI.

I'm just uploading this photo to say that the best move i made when i comes to UI is to put the grid near my toon (in 25 mans the grid grows to the left). That helps my self-awareness (aka - seeing i'm standing on the various craps that bosses throw on us) while having my most of my attention on the healthbars.
